Refund & Cancellation Policy – Medical Courses Counselling

Medieasy is committed to providing complete transparency and guidance during the medical courses counselling process (MBBS, BDS, AYUSH UG/PG, MD/MS, PG Diploma). Below is the systematic Refund & Cancellation Policy for candidates availing counselling services.

1. Cancellation of Counselling Service

• Submission: Requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official portal.
• Effective Date: Cancellation requests are effective from the date of receipt by Medieasy.

2. Full Refund

• Eligibility: Applicable if the candidate does not qualify the entrance exam (NEET UG/NEET PG) and no counselling service has been provided.

3. Partial Refund

• Eligibility: If counselling services have commenced (document submission, college selection, seat allotment guidance), 50% of the service fee may be retained.

4. No Refund

• Eligibility: Once the seat allotment process is completed and seat is confirmed in any institution, service charges are non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

• Policy Changes: In case of government or MCC/State policy changes affecting seat allotment, Medieasy will provide guidance but refund rules remain unchanged.
• Service Charges: Service fees do not include statutory taxes or government processing charges.

6. Partial Counselling Service

• Incomplete Service: If a candidate avails only a part of the counselling service, the refund will be proportionate to the unused service.

7. Force Majeure

• Unforeseen Events: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures, refunds will be processed based on the counselling progress completed.

8. Delay in Service

• Processing Delays: If there are delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances or government approvals, Medieasy will provide support but refund rules remain as per above clauses.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be addressed by Medieasy management. Decisions will be final and communicated in writing.
