By accessing or using the services provided by Medieasy, including but not limited to NEET counselling, application assistance, and guidance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Medieasy reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Users are advised to periodically check for updates as these terms are binding on all visitors and users of our website.
All logos, brand names, headings, labels, content, images, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Medieasy or are used under license. Visitors are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, or using any of the content for commercial purposes without written consent from Medieasy. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Only candidates who have qualified the NEET UG or NEET PG examinations and meet the eligibility criteria set by MCC or State Counselling Authorities may avail Medieasy’s counselling services. Candidates must provide accurate NEET scorecards and necessary documents for verification.
Medieasy’s counselling fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees cover professional guidance and support only, and do not include any statutory taxes, government fees, or college-specific charges. Payments are non-transferable and subject to Medieasy’s payment policies.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the official Medieasy portal. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined according to Medieasy’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund amounts depend on the stage of counselling completed and services rendered.
Users must provide authentic and complete information during the counselling process. Medieasy is not responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information provided by users.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medieasy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Medieasy and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, including but not limited to data loss, delays, or errors. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services.
